I don`t know whether this has to do with the coaches or the players, but something has to change, because the product they produce at this stage, what they show on the court, cannot be sold and it only causes disappointment. Much of this has to do directly with the organization. Approach and level of work with players. They should craft exchanges more carefully, bringing in people who can influence mentality and culture, veterans and the like. They should really try to figure this out.
Because right now everything they are doing is not working. And I don`t know who to blame - the players or the coach. Do they need someone with authority? Do they need a leader? They need to work hard, test a lot of things and draw conclusions, " says the Hall of Fame member.
